Your privacy is very important to me. For this reason, any information you share on this site will be processed using the following methods and safeguards:
Data Collected:
When filling out the contact form, this information is collected:
Your name
Your company or organization
Your email address
The body of your message, including the details of the project or any questions
It’s collected with your consent, through the check mark box at the end of the form.
Additional data may be collected throughout our interaction, but always for the sole purpose of completing your requested project. This includes other types of communication such as video calls or emails.
Purpose of Collection:
It allows me to contact you, so we can discuss working together.
It gives me a way to research both your company and the requested project, to ensure they’re a good fit for my business.
It allows me to complete the desired project to your specifications.
It enables me to expand my network, so I can get in touch in the future should a work opportunity arise.
Data Storage:
When you submit the contact form, the data is sent to my professional email, then manually transferred to a program on my computer’s hard drive. This program is backed-up on the cloud.
The same is done for data shared through verbal contact or emails.
Length of Storage:
All data is stored throughout the project’s lifetime.
Basic contact information is retained, unless I receive your request to delete it earlier. This is to ensure we can get in touch, should future projects or work opportunities arise.
As soon your general and contact data become unnecessary for the purposes stated above, it is deleted and removed from all programs.
Data Security:
I am the only person with access to this data. It will never be sold to a third party.
All of the above methods used to store your data are secure and password protected.
Your Rights
You always have the right to withdraw or modify your consent to the access and storage of your personal data. You may also ask to alter the details of your data.
Also, you can request a file listing your exact data that I have access to or am storing; you can also have this file sent to an organization of your choosing, depending on the situation.
To make these requests, or ask any questions, send an email to audreymariepearson@gmail.com.
You will receive a response within a month.
